MoU Signed between FIFOTech & ICT Asia of Malaysia

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between FIFOTech, a leading Bangladeshi BPO company and Malaysian based ICT Asia. The memorandum calls for collaboration in conducting training, awareness program on Cyber Security, Data Security & Protection in Bangladesh and BPO activities between two companies.The memorandum was signed by Managing Director of FIFOTech Mr. Towhid Hossain and ICT Asia Managing Director Mr. Vignes Waran Rajashekaran.

Mr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak MP, State Minister, ICT Division; Mr. Banamali Bhowmick -Director General of Department of ICT, Mr. Ahmadul Hoq - President of Bangladesh Association of Call Center & Outsourcing (BACCO), Mr. Mustafa Jabbar- President of BASIS were present during the signing program. Other BACCO representatives Vice President Mr. Wahid Sharif, Joint Secretary General Mr. Md. Aminul Hoque, Finance Secretary Mr. Tanvir Ibrahim, Director Mr. Tanzirul Basher were also present.

Recently, ICT Asia delegates visited Bangladesh to attend BPO Summit 2016 held on July 28-29, 2016 and showed their interest in Bangladeshi BPO industry.
